3. According to the different maintenance problems, solving problems or offering the technique
supports to customers by phone, mail or SMS.
4. Study out a standard of production quality report. Collecting the feed back of the production quality
status monthly, then communicate with the Quality control Dept. and give the right ameliorative
suggestions.
5. Have built the system of after sale service information management, which including the client file,
client serving file, quality information tracking and feeding back file.
